I exhibit at a number of indoor and outdoor exhibitions throughout the year. Visiting one of these is a great way to see my sculptures in a setting similar to your own home or garden and find a little more about the creative process behind them.
Current and Upcoming Exhibitions
Art & Soul, Haslemere, September 2020
Each June, renowned artist and poet David Paynter stages an exclusive exhibition in conjunction with Surrey Artists Open Studios at his home, studio and six acres of lawns and wooded grounds in Haslemere. He brings together 20 or more artists and curates an exciting exhibition of sculpture and paintings – over 100 pieces of art to suit all tastes are on show and for sale. The show has become very popular, with over 700 visitors from all over the South of England. Entry is free. I'm thrilled to have been invited to exhibit 5 pieces from my portfolio including an exciting new piece for 2020.
RHS Wisley Sculpture Trail, Aug/Sept 2019
I was very excited to exhibit at the prestigious RHS Wisley Sculpture Trail again this year. The trail was organised by the renowned Surrey Sculpture Society who are thrilled to be celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2019. The trail led you on a wonderful wander through many specialist areas of the gardens, including the beautiful Cottage Garden, Bonsai Walk, Herb, Rock and Exotic Gardens.
AppArt, Godalming, Surrey, 6th - 21st April 2019
An annual Easter exhibition held at Prior’s Field School, Godalming. AppArt includes an indoor exhibition of ceramics, glass art, paintings, photography and sculpture and an outdoor sculpture trail in the Gertrude Jeykle inspired gardens.
RHS Hyde Hall, Chelmsford, June 2019
Hyde Hall RHS gardens are another stunning setting for sculptures. Take a wander through the gardens and see over 100 sculptures in lovely planted settings with far reaching views over the Essex countryside.
Surrey Sculpture Society at The Landmark Arts Centre, Teddington, Nov 2018
The Landmark Arts Centre is a former church and its beautiful gothic architecture and soaring ceilings provide a stunning setting for displaying sculptures. In this particular exhibition I exhibited Seahorse, Ammonoid and the Golden, Verdigris and Crystal Wall Hearts.
RHS Wisley Sculpture Trail, Aug/Sept 2018
My first time exhibiting at Wisley and it has become a favourite setting of mine - there's nothing quite like seeing one of my outdoor pieces surrounded by Wisley's beautiful plants and trees. The sculptures are thoughtfully positioned along a trail set in the garden's 240 acres. In this exhibition I exhibited Fossil Garden in the enclosed garden near the lily pond and Nature's Flow in the Bonsai walk.
Horsham Artist Open Studios, June 2018
I have spent many, many hours at the very friendly Sussex Sculpture Studio learning the casting process and casting my pieces, so it was lovely to be asked to be part of their Open Studios event at the start of the summer in 2018. During this event I exhibited Nature's Flow, Amethyst, Dark Pewter, Verdigris and Crystal Wall Hearts, and Fossil Garden.
